There are certain archetypes we’re all drawn to in art. I’m a fan of swimmers and loungers, they’re my friends existing in the interstitial spaces between land, water and nature. I’ve spent some time wondering why do I love art with this same subject and today I realized, it’s because it brings me joy and sometimes that is enough.
