I had the absolute pleasure of watching Moodymann’s livestream tribute to Prince last night – perhaps the ultimate super fan dj set, complete with rare cuts, roller skate interludes and swaying dancers.

It was performance art, Detroit style. Again, a reminder of the originality and soul that makes Kenny the leader of a worldwide community comprised of open minded lovers of sound and the rhythms that conjures all the emotions deep down in each of our souls.
