I greatly enjoy time based art. I imagine the sensation is similar to gardeners or architects or others that like to watch slow growth.

It’s taken me several months of repeating the same practice for me to understand its limitations and simultaneously its possibilities. Where dates become language, and language is the communication of expression.

During this time, I’ve started to paint the date with others. I was sparked by a combination of Sol Lewitt, On Kawara, Tino Sehgal and Felix Gonzalez-Torres whispering ideas in my ear.
